El capiblanco (Turdus torquatus subsp. alpestris) es una especie migradora invernante, que nos visita desde octubre hasta primeros de abril, alcanzando el pional y consumiendo frutos de vegetales como majoletos (Crategus monogyba), agracejos (Berberis hispanica), enebros y sabinas (Juniperus sp.), etc., además de algún insecto.
