Marquesado del Zenete
Característica comarca septentrional de la zona central de Sierra Nevada, dominada por amplios cultivos de coníferas (Pinus sp.) en sus laderas y llamativos almendros (Prunus dulcis) al pie de monte y en el llano. Su cumbre más elevada es el Picón de Jerez (3.090 m), el primer tres mil oriental (febrero 2021).A characteristic northern region of the central Sierra Nevada, dominated by extensive coniferous plantations (Pinus sp.) on its slopes and striking almond trees (Prunus dulcis) at the foot of the mountains and on the plains.
