Pampaneira en invierno
Es el pueblo de menor altitud de los tres que forman el Barranco del Poqueira. Esta hendidura geográfica, que es de gran belleza y singularidad, conduce las aguas que provienen de altas cumbres (como las del Mulhacén o el Veleta) hasta el río Guadalfeo, que finalmente y tras un corto recorrido las deposita en el mar Mediterráneo (enero 2007).It is the lowest town of the three that make up the Barranco del Poqueira.
